Shipping & Delivery Policy

The short version. HexCoded is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods, there are no shipping or handling charges, and nothing is delivered by courier. Everything you buy is delivered to your HexCoded account online.

1No physical shipment

We sell access to software and the AI-generated video and image content you create with it. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier involved in any purchase. No shipping charges apply to any order, and no delivery address is collected or required.

2Delivery of plans and credits

When a payment succeeds, your plan is activated and its credits are added to your account immediately — normally within a minute, and in all cases within 24 hours. Your balance is visible in your dashboard as soon as it lands, and a receipt is emailed to your account address.

3Delivery of generated videos and images

Videos and images are generated on demand and delivered in your browser, inside your HexCoded account, as soon as the render completes — typically within a few minutes, depending on the length, resolution and model you choose. Finished files stay available in your account for download.

4If something does not arrive

If a payment succeeded but your plan or credits have not appeared within 24 hours, email support@hexcoded.ai with your account email and the payment date. We will either deliver the credits or refund the charge in full under the Refund Policy.

5Where we deliver

The Service is delivered online and is available wherever you can reach hexcoded.ai. There is no delivery location, delivery window, tracking number or shipping partner, because nothing physical ever leaves us.
