HEXCODED — LOGO
===============
The mark is the word HEXCODED, always all-caps, set in Outfit 900 with
-0.025em tracking, with three green echoes stacked behind it going down
and to the right. The echoes are part of the logo, not a drop shadow you
can turn off. There is no icon-plus-wordmark lockup — the word IS the logo.
The single letter H is the short form, used only where the full word can't fit.

Every file here is outlined. There is no live text, so nothing reflows and
you don't need Outfit installed to place them.

WHICH FILE
----------
PRIMARY — use these unless you have a reason not to:
  hexcoded-wordmark-primary-on-light ink #0B0B0F word + green echoes.
For light / white / bright footage.
  hexcoded-wordmark-primary-on-dark #FAFAFA word + green echoes.
For dark / black / night footage.

FLAT — one colour, no echoes. For tiny sizes, busy footage, or when the
echo fights whatever is behind it:
  hexcoded-wordmark-flat-ink on light backgrounds
hexcoded-wordmark-flat-white on dark or photographic backgrounds
hexcoded-wordmark-flat-green only on ink #0B0B0F or white — the
green is a mid-tone and disappears
                                       on anything mid-grey

H MARK — short form, same rules:
  hexcoded-mark-H-primary-on-light / -on-dark (with echoes)
  hexcoded-mark-H-green / -white / -ink (flat)

SVG/ is vector — scales to any size, use it wherever your app takes it
(After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, Resolve).
PNG/ is transparent, 4000px wide for wordmarks and 2000px for the H —
big enough that you'll never up-res it. Use these in CapCut and Premiere.

THE ECHO — exact spec
---------------------
If you rebuild it yourself in After Effects rather than placing the file,
these are the real numbers. At a wordmark set in Outfit 900 at size S:

  layer offset colour opacity
  word 0, 0 #0B0B0F 100%
  echo 1 +0.053S, +0.053S #22C55E 85%
  echo 2 +0.105S, +0.105S #22C55E 55%
  echo 3 +0.158S, +0.158S #22C55E 32%

Echoes sit BEHIND the word, offset down and right. All three are the same
green — only the opacity changes.

On the site the echoes breathe: each one fades to 40% of its own opacity
and back, over a 3s ease-in-out loop, with echo 2 starting 0.1s after
echo 1 and echo 3 starting 0.2s after. If you want the logo to feel alive,
that's the motion — it's already in the brand, so you're not inventing it.

DON'T
-----
Don't retype the word in a font — use these files.
Don't set it in lowercase or title case. It is HEXCODED.
Don't recolour the word to green. The word is ink or white; the ECHO is green.
Don't stretch, skew, rotate, or add a stroke, bevel, glow, or drop shadow.
Don't put the primary version on a busy background — use flat instead.
Don't crowd it. Keep clear space of at least the height of the H on all sides.
Don't use it smaller than ~120px wide on a 1080-wide frame — below that
the echo turns to mush and you should be using flat, or the H.
